Each appointment is thoughtfully curated to provide a calm, intimate experience while enhancing your natural features with precision and care. To ensure the best results, please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all new client and full set appointments. Maintenance fills are recommended within 2–3 weeks to preserve the integrity of your set. Appointments beyond this timeframe, or with less than 40% retention, will be considered a full set. To maintain the quality of service for every client, appointments running more than 15 minutes late without communication will be treated as a missed appointment and a 50% fee will apply.
